Funding

Thank you for visiting our funding site. Our family is so blessed by you! Being we have to raise $50,000, we have decided to approach funding through various ways. We will keep track of how much money has been raised, and everyone will be updated periodically by the thermometer to the right of your screen. If you ever have any questions regarding funding or any additional ideas, we are open to positive communication. We can be reached through e-mail at liveoutloveblog@gmail.com. Below are the ways that are currently being used for fundraising.

Direct Donations
Anyone can directly donate to us through PayPal using the gray donate button directly under the fund thermometer. We are taking all funds raised and placing it in a separate savings account specifically for adoption.

Change Jars
These jars are available to anyone who asks! We ask that you keep this jar handy and toss in any spare change you come across on a daily basis. When it is full, send back your donation. There is no way to know how much money one jar collects, but as a reference, we have filled jars with each type of coin and added up approximate totals. They are listed below:

Quarters: $160
Dimes: $153.50
Nickels: $40
Pennies: $12.15

Puzzle Piece Fundraiser
We are having a custom puzzle made, to hang in our children's bedroom, to display all of the people who worked to bring them home. Each piece is a donation of $5.00. You may choose how many pieces of the puzzle you would like to be (i.e. 1, 5, etc.). When the puzzle is completed, we will frame the puzzle between two sheets of glass as a reminder of how loved our children have always been, and the role that you played to bring them home.

Hand-lettered Prints
Various prints will be posted on this page in the near future that can be purchased for artwork in your home. If you have a specific request, I am happy to create a custom print for your family. Please e-mail any requests to liveoutloveblog@gmail.com.

Grants
David and I have been researching various grants specifically for adoption. We are going to apply for as many as we can that are available and applicable for our adoption. The blog will be updated to inform everyone as soon as we have more information regarding specific grants.
